The new Wolf Tooth LoneWolf Aero Chainguide for Cervelo prevents dropped chains on select Cervelo models when equipped with a 1x drivetrain. This product has been tested and developed alongside Team Visma Lease-a-Bike, who have been racing with this in some of road cycling’s biggest races, winning the Maglia Rosa in the 2023 Giro d'Italia.
We think of this little chainguide as 30g of insurance for races where a dropped chain could cost you a shot at the podium. The LoneWolf Aero Chainguide is similar to our existing GnarWolf, and combines a low profile head that only covers the top and inboard side of the chain with our GuideLock quick adjustment system. This eliminates the need for shims and gives you security in a light, easy to use, and aerodynamically optimized chainguide solution.
COMPATIBILITY
- Chainring Compatibility - High Sweep: 54-60T | Mid Sweep: 48-52T round chainrings
- Compatible with Cervelo S5 and P5 bikes that have a braze-on front derailleur mount
- Only for use with 1x drivetrains
- Head has 8mm of adjustment for chainline via our GuideLock quick adjustment system
Note: Braze-on mount is not at the same height on all bikes so max chainring size will vary somewhat depending on frame brand and model
